dc.description.abstractThis research project is a partial fulfillment of the requirement for the' award of Masters in Business Administration Degree Human Resource option. The main focus of the project is to assess the effectiveness of training programmes at KCB LTD, with view of recommending ways which can enable the bank meet the ever changing demands in the business world. The research proposal is divided into three chapters which tries to provide insights that facilitates the realization of its objectives. Chapter one gives the background information of the company by highlighting on its historical perspective. It also states the objectives of the study, the hypothesis, significance and limitations. Chapter two deals with the. literature review in which literature written by various scholars on training are re examined in great depth. Chapter three contains the methodology which deals with selection of a representative sample from the population. The research proposal will enrich the existing academic literature and form a basis of reference for future research.en_US
