Further, the study obtained descriptive statistics of the data laying particular emphasis on the percentages of the various variables used in data description. The data was analyzed using SPSS and was presented in tables and charts. A multiple linear regression model was used in inferential statistics. Which showed that the model fits the data well. The study observed that the external environment such as policies of the health sector which are outside its control influence organizational performance greatly.
