The success of a project relies on effective leadership and coordination among the many project stakeholders. Nevertheless, numerous NGO initiatives worldwide still struggle to meet their goals and do not meet expectations. Because of ineffective stakeholder management methods, more than 30% of NGOs in Kenya experience project failures and may not achieve their objectives. Therefore, the objective of this research was to evaluate the impact of stakeholder expectations on the project outcomes of NGOs operating in the healthcare industry in Nairobi County. The suggested assessment was based on a descriptive study design. A total of 118 NGO staff in the health sector involved in seven projects in Kenya were targeted for the research study. Using a method of stratified sampling, one hundred and ten 110 respondents were randomly selected from senior managers, project managers, project supervisors, project and team members of chosen Health sector NGOs, and community leaders of project beneficiaries. Structured questionnaires were used to collect primary data through the drop and pick method. The findings uncovered in the survey noted an insignificant negative effect of stakeholders’ expectation on project performance funded by NGOs. This implies that the level of expectation held by stakeholders, such as community members, beneficiaries, or other relevant actors, does not have a substantial direct effect on the outcomes of the projects funded by NGOs in Nairobi City County. The study recommends that NGOs should prioritize developing and implementing effective stakeholder engagement strategies.

Moreover, it was observed that Information Security significantly impacted Performance of Ship Building Industry (β=0.248; p=0.008). Finally, it was revealed that Digital Infrastructure significantly impacts performance of Ship Building Industry (β=0.345; p=0.000). The study concludes that since a centralized database provides accurate and timely access to data from every division, it is considered essential for managing the operations of the company. Secondly, a company's ability to stay relevant depends on having efficient corporate information systems in place. That is why one of the most important measures of a company's efficacy is how fast it can fix everyday issues. Thirdly, businesses must put in place a variety of information security measures and create strategies to guard their data from threats if they hope to stay competitive. Finally, an ICT infrastructure is necessary for a business to operate efficiently. Thus, when information technology infrastructure is not properly deployed in the company, it may hinder business operations. The study recommended that a system audit be conducted on a regular basis to verify that the company's data management system is configured and operating as intended to support management goals. It is suggested that businesses spend more on cyber security in order to stay competitive, as organizations with strong network security systems are believed to be less vulnerable to data theft and sabotage. Finally, businesses gain from e-business because it gives them the opportunity to access clients at a fair price and without being restricted by geographic location. Establishing contemporary e-business protocols in this area can help businesses perform better as an organization.

The Sample was composed of Project owners, Project managers, Project Team leaders and Consultants. A questionnaire was utilized as the source data collection tool with construct and content validity and reliability alpha coefficient of 0.7. Data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential analysis. A multiple regression equation was employed to relate the relationship between the research variables. Normality and Collinearity tests were done on the data as a diagnostic test for primary data. Descriptive analysis showed varying engagement: planning (M = 2.81, SD = 1.20), initiation (M = 2.63, SD = 0.89), monitoring (M = 2.52, SD = 1.12), and notably lower execution (M = 2.25, SD = 0.98). Inferentially, these phases explained 77% of project performance (adjusted R² = .754, p < .05), planning moderately (β = 0.31, p < .05), and initiation weakly (β = 0.18, p < .05). Notably, monitoring and control had a negative relationship (β= - 0.34, p < .05), suggesting potential counterproductive practices.
