dc.description.abstractThe Conference was organized by The International labour organization (ILO) and National Industrial Training Authority (NITA). The ILO- Kenya is supporting NITA using the industry and relevant stakeholders in the development of a competency-basedcurriculum in HomeCare management (DACUM Chart, Task Analysis Report, Occupational Standards, and Competency Curriculum, in accordance with Kenyan Competency-Based Education and Training (CBET) standards. This curriculum is meant to streamline the labour migration sector in Kenya with a focus on the Domestic Migrant worker. The assignment focused on reviewing and identifying the missing gaps in the Pre-Departure Training Curriculum and make recommendations for the revision and update the existing occupational skills training packages The conference was held in Mombasa between 1st of November 2022 to 10th November 2022en_US
