Abstract
SI Scientific is a Legal company registered under the Laws of Rwanda, and tasked by the government to coordinate the implementation of Forensic program at the National Police College – a constituent campus of the University of Rwanda. Peer reviewers from different forensic science disciplines and participated in development of Forensic Science Curricula for Rwanda National Police College, were invited to deliver public lectures in their areas of expertise as a way of improving the curriculum for National Police College. I, Dr. Mathew Piero Ngugi, was invited to deliver a public lecture in Forensic Anthropology. I delivered the said public Lecture on 25th November, 2020.
