dc.description.abstract	The conference discussed challenges and innovations pertaining to public sector. The conference was convened by the International Public Management Network, which is based in the USA. Participants included scholars from all over the world as well as well as experts from the World bank and other international organizations with interests in improving the operations in the public sector globally. The venue of the Conference was in the ESSCA School of Management in Paris, France from 18th to 19th July, 2019.	en_US
