Abstract
The workshop was organized by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation Rule of Law Programme for Sub-Saharan Africa. It was held in Cape Town, South Africa. Participants were around 20 senior academicians representing universities and also civil society organisations from across Africa and the African Union.
