Most developing countries are currently heavy laden with social, economic and political problems. Governments of these countries rely to a large extent on its people to industrialize. However, to get maximum returns, workers and employees should be at the epitome in health and fitness. A healthy nation is a wealthy nation. Such a nation spends very little on curing diseases affecting its people. A fit, stress-free and healthy nation is able to work efficiently and effectively Therefore, this paper is designed to give an insight into fitness, how to achieve it as well as its benefits.en_US
