The study concluded that a project is guided by the planning process from beginning to end, and it is during this phase that project team members take on responsibility for duties that are delegated to them. Project success is dependent on efficient communication, and enhancing communication increases success and decreases risk. Project stakeholders must embrace a shared understanding in order to participate in the project's decision-making process. Project managers may quickly predict resource availability in real-time and evaluate their timelines through resource allocation. Resource forecasting results in more effective staffing. The study recommends that the project managers should make clear what they must do together, determine the procedures required to get there, and create an action plan for how they would proceed. In order to avoid misunderstandings and delays that could lead to project failure, project managers should regularly evaluate the information for a specific project. They should also adhere to a system of regular and targeted communication. Stakeholder analysis, or an evaluation of a project's major participants and how the endeavor will impact their needs and difficulties, is something that project managers should do. Before the project can start, the resources must be assigned. Project managers need to find the appropriate resources to implement healthcare projects successfully.
