The study's goal was to investigate the influence of business resource planning systems on Kenya Commercial Bank's operations in Meru County, Kenya, with an emphasis on financial integration, human resource management, procurement integration, and information technology integration. The research was conducted using a descriptive research method. Three commercial banks in Meru State, Kenya, were selected as the target population of the study: Kenya Commercial Bank, Cooperative Bank, and Equity Bank. The number of responses was 150, which included managers and support staff from the Departments of Finance, IT, Human Resources, and Procurement. In order to ensure equal representation of respondents, separate samples were recruited from respondent samples from three selected banks. A simple random sampling method was used to select respondents. Questionnaire and discussion schedules used to obtain basic data. Combined financing solutions, according to the report, are critical to the timely production of high quality accounting data and the transfer of that data. Managing of the number of people or resources is an important goal of employees in promoting the growth of organizational strategies. With best procurement processes, the bank focuses on acquiring key performance metrics in many areas of the procurement system, such as cost, efficiency. The bank must assist and promote the effective implementation of the accounting system in terms of reliability, compliance, timeliness, and performance, according to research. In order to develop human resources at different levels, personnel roles such as hiring, compensation / pay, performance appraisal, training and development, segregation, and post office planning should be adequately developed and strategically developed. Banks should make sure that the best purchasing methods are prioritized, and that there is a comprehensive procurement process to ensure that all effective methods are followed.
