Refugees are confined within the camps hence limited access to higher education. Technology has been embraced in all spheres of life including education. It has enabled access to education regardless of geographical location. In this regard, Kenyatta University has embraced use of technology via e-learning to promote access, inclusivity and equity in higher education among the refugees in Kenya. The survey was carried out to establish students’ refugees’ experiences in the use of technology to access higher education to inform policy. Data was collected from a cohort student’s refugees enrolled in Bachelor of Education (Arts) Program. A questionnaire and documentary evidence were used to collect data.
