An explanatory non-experimental design was applied to conduct a census of the 43 commercial banks in Kenya. A semi-structured questionnaire supported in collection of primary data. Secondary data from commercial banks annual financial results for period 2013 to 2019 was compiled using data collection sheet. SPSS tool was applied for analysis of data. The regression results disclosed that data integration capabilities positively and significantly affect performance of commercial banks. It was recommended that the managers of commercial banks and other stakeholders should continue investing and adopting data integration capabilities as it is an effective performance enhancement strategy.
