Evidence from this study showed that women teachers are not fully involved in formulation and implementation of policies in Kangundo KNUT Branch. They are missing in key decision making organs. Major challenges facing women teachers in relation to participation include domestic duties, cultural barriers, lack of confidence and the view that men are better leaders.
