In the meeting, concern was raised over the increasing cases of stress, sexuality, hypertension, over-weight and other cardiac related problems amongst students, staff and the community around Kyambogo University. In the paper, therefore, the author examines the various determinants of healthy living and makes suggestions for the improvement and maintenance of the quality of life for the community.enArticle
