The validity of the instrument was measured using content, criteria, and construct validity tests. The Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient was used to assess the questionnaire’s reliability. The qualitative data was analyzed and presented in narrative form utilizing a content analysis technique. Quantitative data was evaluated using descriptive statistics such as mean and standard deviation and displayed in the form of tables, pie charts, and bar graphs where applicable. Inferential statistics, such as correlation analysis and multiple regressions were used in the study to determine the link between variables. The study found that communication, organizational structure, monitoring and evaluation and stakeholder involvement had a positive significant influence on the implementation of roads construction projects by Kenya Urban Roads Authority in Nairobi City County, Kenya. The study concludes that good communication is an important component in project management, allowing projects to progress smoothly and on time. Implementing an organized structure maximizes the project team's resources, offers clear communication of roles and duties, and minimizes potential obstacles. Monitoring and evaluation improves decision-making and helps project managers track the progress and ensures that the project remains on time. Stakeholders are the key component of any project and organization and their contribution and engagement ensure the success of any project. The study recommends that for effective communication during project implementation the organization should understand its team and stakeholders in terms of information about the location of the team, where the team members come from, if they have taken any personality tests, what type of resource they are etc. The project manager must create a project structure that will meet the various project needs at different phases of the project. The project managers should define the purpose and scope of the M&E system by clearly defining the problem or challenge that needs to be addressed. For a project to be successful all the stakeholders need to have a clear understanding of the objectives and processes and arranging a series of interactive engagements where stakeholders can discuss and debate is very valuable.
