The study objectives are; to assess the influence of training on diversity, work team diversity and policies diversity on performance of Kenya Power and Lighting Company. The research will be guided by the Equity Theory and Pluralism Theory. In this research, a descriptive survey research design will be embraced. The 1650 workers at Kenya Power and Lighting Company are the focus of the study. The sample size will be ascertained using Slovin's formula. 322 respondents will be chosen by stratified random sampling. The aim of the questionnaires is to gather data. To improve the validity and reliability of research instruments, a pilot study will be carried out.
